Long before I called myself a coach, I was holding space.
It just came naturally. People would stop me mid-day, mid-errand, mid-life—to talk. And somehow, those small conversations would shift something. That’s always been my gift: creating space where people feel safe to breathe, reflect, and notice what’s really going on inside.

I don’t give advice. I don’t give “steps.”
What I do offer is a grounded space to hear your own wisdom—clearly.
